“I mean especially now with the gig economy, so many companies actually utilize contractors. Most people don’t even realize that. So, yes, I think we are going to see more and more project-based work. I mean, primarily that’s where we deal with a lot of our people, and it is more of that contract side, because of their specialties niche. People who focus on certain software, are only needed for 6 months to 9 months, and then that’s it.”
