We have a client looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Admin for a contract position that will last for 1 year. Green Card or U.S. Citizens only.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Elicit and document requirements
- Create Epics & User Stories
- Have familiarity with architecture, configuration & administration/use of SFServiceCloud
- Strategic road mapping
- Provide advice on implementation team composition
- Provide direction and thought leadership to the implementation team
- SCRUM Master/task assignments for the implementation team
- Manage Jira
Must Haves
- 5+ years of customer service support delivery or related
- 3+ years SFServiceCloud
- 3+ SCRUM,
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds and/or other customer service support technologies
